Q: How long will it take to complete my project?
A: Our typical turn around time for projects is 7-10 days. We can do express projects for an extra charge.
Q: What kind of photos can I include in my video montage?
A: We can use digital photos or you can send pictures for us to scan. Any size pictures will work. Horizontal or vertical pictures will also work.
Q: How many pictures do you need per minute of a video?
A: Typically, we use 15-20 pictures per minute in a video.
Q: Should I organize the order I want the pictures to be shown or leave it up to you?
A: You can organize them yourself by putting them in the order that you want them shown or by putting them in chronological order. We can also organize the photos ourselves, trying our best to put them in an order we believe will bring out the best of the video.
Q: What kind of effects can you add to the Video Montage?
A: Effects that we can include in the video montages can include transitions between photos, opening and closing title/credits, and DVD main menu themes.
Q: Can I pick my own music?
A: Yes, you can pick your own music or we can choose music for you.
Q: Will you crop, resize, or retouch any pictures that I provide?
A: Yes, our services include cropping, resizing, and retouching. We want to make sure that our videos come out breath-taking so to ensure that, we’ll do anything to show the best quality possible.
Q: Can I request additional copies of my Video Montage?
A: Yes, additional copies are $10 each.
Q: Can you include homemade videos in the montage?
A: Yes you can. You can include up to 15 minutes of video in each montage. Additional minutes will have an extra charge.
Q: Can I add voice messages to my video?
A: Yes, you can provide us with personal voice messages or we can record the messages ourselves.
Q: How do I send my pictures and when will they be returned?
A: You can package and mail your photos to us. For digital photos, just visit our photo upload page. We know that sending us your personal pictures can be worrisome, but we can ensure that we will take care of any and all photos that you send us.
